Non negotiables. An absolute must every day
I take these everyday and they have really helped me through the peri menopause along with other vitamins and change of diet.
Had trouble sleeping so I’ve tried these for a few months now. I take them an hour before bedtime and I’m now sleeping for about 7 hours🙂 easy to swallow.
I've been taking these along with other supplements from this website every day and I almost feel normal again. I am Peri menopausal and unable to take hrt. Also went on diet from the hungry woman book. Couldn't recommend it all enough, I was in a complete state before I came across Pauline Cox and I couldn't function in everyday life. Now I'm able to do so much more. Thank you!!

Good product
I suffer from restless leg syndrome and I think this magnesium supplement is helping control it. This means I get better sleep 😴
I take this constantly, usually just before bedtime and sleep really well. Its a good brand and I trust Sow and Arrow. I would not be without it now. Excellent product.
Does contain other forms of magnesium as well and avoid if you are allergic to oats as it contains them. Would have preferred for the description to not just call it magnesium bisglycinate as it does contain a lot of other ingredients too. Good product but if you are looking for a simple pure form of magnesium bisglycinate avoid this one

I take this magnesium when I'm travelling as it's easier than my usual Smooth Mag, and it's the one supplement my teenage daughter will take without grumbling, as she's realised how much better she feels with it!

I started taking this to help with sleep issues due to being in menopause. It’s certainly helped and I would highly recommend it. My 22 year old son has started taking it too along with other supplements from yourselves. He does a lot of fitness work in the gym and is a semi professional rugby player. He suffers a lot from restless legs and this has helped him immensely. He doesn’t get restless legs anymore and sleeps so much better.
Early days to rate the product but my purchase went smoothly, hoping it helps with sleep and reduce muscle cramps.
Game changer! I had been buying Mag. Bisglycinate from a pink box beauty brand and didn't think they had made much difference, but thought I would try these from Terra Nova as supplements are what they 'do'! I cannot believe the SIGNIFICANT difference. Being in perimenopause my sleep was suffering, but these actually do help me in to a lovely calm sleep and if I wake for the loo, I stay in a dreamy state rather than fully waking up which is what used to happen. I won't be buying any other brand and have signed up for the subscription! Thanks for the recommendation Pauline :)

Love this supplement!! It relaxes the nervous system and helps me sleep at night.. I take 2 tablets 60 mins before bedtime. I have had virtually no leg cramps or restless legs whilst taking this supplement! 🤩
This product is fantastic in helping me sleep and calming my restless legs as soon as I go to bed which can drive me mad - symptoms that are due to perimenopause 🤦🏻♀️
