Ultra-Fine Pure Nano Iron - 1000ml

Purified water with 25mg / (25ppm) Ultra-Fine particles of Pure, Non-Compound Iron.

30 ml of The Health Factory’s Nano Iron product gives the equivalent amount of iron to 14mg of iron bisglycinate, which is 100% of the referenced intake (RDA).

Keep the fluid in the mouth for 1 minute before swallowing for optimum absorption through the mucous membrane.

Initial Intake 30 ml per day.

After 1-2 months, Continue at 10-20 ml per day.

Children:

• Up to 2 years: 1 teaspoon / 5 ml per day.
• 2-6 years: 1 tablespoon / 10 ml per day.
• 6-12 years: 2 tablespoons / 20 ml per day.

It is recommended to take nanoiron away from meals on an empty stomach. For greater context, iron that you get from food and supplements can easily bind to substances in coffee, tea (black, green, rooibos), grains and dairy products (tannic acid, phytic acid and calcium). 

Nano iron is readily absorbed in the mucous membrane of the mouth, if taken away from food, which greatly reduces the chance of binding with other nutrients. 

Ideally take it on an empty stomach and hold in your mouth for a minute or so before swallowing. Then wait 20 mins or so before eating.
