I have been taking these omega 3s for a couple of years now and have seen definite improvements in my joints, skin and hair. They are easy to swallow and do not repeat on me like fishy omegas. Delivery always as expected and packaged well. Although I do miss the sturdy cardboard tubes they used to arrive in. These could be very useful!! Although I would imagine quite pricey 🤭 Highly recommend! 🤗🩷🌷

I’ve been taking Regenerative Omegas for a while & they really are amazing. As a peri-menopausal woman I’d began noticing a few issues. My skin can sometimes be off, I used to experience the odd joint ache, oh & brain fog liked to pay a visit. I also have an autoimmune condition so keeping inflammation low is really important to me. I can honestly say, my skin has never been better, the aches & pains have gone (I have also taken up strength training so maybe a combination result), the brain fog is nowhere near as pronounced as it was & my inflammation levels are within normal range! There are so many pros to taking this supplement. I think you need to take it initially for about 3-4 weeks before you start seeing the results - but results you will see!
