Oysters are the ocean's answer to a multivitamin. They are an amazing source of vitamin B12, as well as key minerals such as copper and selenium. However, they are most known for being the number one food source of zinc, which is vital for immune function, metabolism, wound healing, taste, smell and hormonal health. We sustainably harvest our Pacific Oysters from clear, unpolluted waters and gently freeze dry them to maintain their fragile nutrients. We then encapsulate them for your convenience and to remove the taste. Each jar contains 180  500mg capsules (30 - 60 day supply).
