Prep & Usage

Take one 9g serving (approx 7 x 5ml level tsps) and mix in a mug of hot water, or drink of your choice. Sip it like tea for warming nourishment, or use it as a nutritious base for your favourite recipes. Can also be used as a regular protein powder.

This product does not contain anti-caking agents, stir well to avoid clumping.
