Organic 85% Nicaragua Dark Chocolate

Blanxart Organic dark chocolate tablet 85% cocoa (Nicaragua), from the Bosawás Nature Reserve. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa with noble ingredients. Its intensity is balanced with a diversity of aromas typical of cocoa, which are perceived thanks to the artisanal production.

Indication

This chocolate is characterised by citrus touches, such as orange; lemon and pineapple. All of this harmonises perfectly with nutty notes. Organic chocolate made with fine cocoa of the Trinitario variety.

Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with single origin cocoa, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.
