Ingredients

Organic Chickpea Flour, Organic Tapioca Starch, Organic Nutritional YEast, Sea Salt, Organic Turmeric.

Directions

Mix 25g (for one Nomelette) with 2 tbsp of oil and 50ml of water until smooth.

Add a little oil to a frying pan (on a low heat) and add the mix, spreading it around evenly.

Cook until bubbling and firm.
