100% Grass-Fed Bovine Colostrum Powder

MixColostrum with cold liquids, for example in a shake with milk or yoghurt in order to keep it as nutritionally dense as possible. Using a blender for this will help prevent it becoming lumpy. Alternatively, you may add the powder to a very small amount of liquid first to make it into a paste, then top it up with more water.  Or you can even just spoon it into your mouth - it's really dry at first but this is actually my favourite way and we've had a bunch of customers say the same.
Depending on what you're using Colostrum for will dictate the dose: - Boost Immunity = 3-8 grams per day 
- Heal Gut Lining / Support Connective Tissue = 5-10 grams per day 
- Aid lean muscle growth / bone health = 10 grams per day
