  • Prizes:
    • Grand Prize: Gift voucher for the total value of items in the Winner’s Wishlist (standard shipping included), capped at £150.
    • Five Runner‑Up Prizes: 1,500 Loyalty Points each (approx. £5 credit).
  • Publicity & Bonus Perk: Winners’ names may be published. We may offer the Grand Prize Winner a bonus incentive if they share a photo we can post on Instagram.
  • Claim Window: Grand Prize Winner must respond within 30 days of notification or an alternate Winner will be selected.

1. Promoter

Sow & Arrow Ltd., 15 Old St, Clevedon BS21 6ND, United Kingdom ("Sow & Arrow").

2. Promotional Period

The Contest opens at 00:00 (BST) on 26 June 2025 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on 31 July 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside this window are not valid.

3. Eligibility

  1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  2. Employees of Sow & Arrow, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Contest are not eligible.
  3. Entrants must have an active Sow & Arrow customer account, internet access, and a valid email address and mobile number.
  4. The delivery address linked to the customer account must be located in:
    • Mainland England, Scotland or Wales; or
    • Northern Ireland for non‑perishable items (and selected chilled items) only. If in doubt, please contact orders@sowandarrow.com before entering.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry during the Promotional Period, the customer must:

  1. Remain subscribed to Sow & Arrow marketing emails and SMS texts until Winners are confirmed. Unsubscribing earlier voids the entry.
  2. Maintain at least one (1) product in their Wishlist at the time of the draw.
  3. Submit the entry form on the promotion landing page. Sow & Arrow reserves the right to limit the draw to those who complete this form.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple accounts or entries by the same individual will not be counted and may result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

  1. Grand Prize (1 Winner) – A digital Sow & Arrow gift voucher covering the total value of items in the Winner’s Wishlist plus standard shipping, up to a maximum of £150.
  2. Runner‑Up Prizes (5 Winners) – Each receives 1,500 Sow & Arrow Loyalty Points (approximate value £5), credited to their account.
  3. Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  4. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue; Loyalty Points information can be found in the Loyalty Portal.
  5. Additional Incentive: Sow & Arrow may, at its sole discretion, offer the Grand Prize Winner an extra reward (e.g., additional Loyalty Points or a bonus voucher) if they voluntarily provide a suitable photo of themselves with their prize for use on Sow & Arrow’s social‑media channels (e.g., Instagram). Participation is optional and not a condition of receiving the Grand Prize.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  1. Winners will be selected by a random, computer‑generated draw from all valid entries no later than 7 August 2025.
  2. Winners will be notified by email and/or SMS to the details on their Sow & Arrow account within five (5) working days of the draw.
  3. The Grand Prize Winner must claim the prize within 30 calendar days of the notification being sent. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternate Winner will be drawn.
  4. Runner‑Up Loyalty Points will be credited within 14 days of confirmation. Sow & Arrow may request proof of eligibility before crediting points.

7. Verification & Disqualification

Sow & Arrow reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant. Entries that do not comply with these Terms, or that are incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid, will be disqualified.

8. Data Protection & Publicity

Personal data supplied will be processed by Sow & Arrow solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and, where consent has been given, for marketing, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Winners acknowledge that their first name, initial of surname and county may be published on Sow & Arrow’s website, social‑media channels and other marketing materials. With the Winner’s additional consent, a provided photograph may also be used for these purposes. Declining to provide a photo will have no impact on receipt of the main prize, but any optional incentive linked to sharing a photo will not be supplied.

9. General Conditions

  1. Sow & Arrow may cancel, suspend or amend the Contest or these Terms if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control.
  2. Sow & Arrow’s decision regarding any aspect of the Contest is final.
  3. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
  4. These Terms and the Contest are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
